Our in-house auditing and training is ongoing and specialised to the needs of our Mechanics and staff.
We are dedicated to our Workplace Health & Safety policy and not one thing is more important than the safety of Wilson Plant employees, the people they work for and the public they mingle with. We enforce this with our random drug and alcohol policy and testing, our maintenance program and our systems checks.
We are committed to maintaining and refining a safe system of work and a safe working environment for all employees. This responsibility is shared between staff and management in ensuring performance of company safety is maintained.
Quality Assurance.
We are striving for RMS approval and the (G10) which is the pinnacle of achievements in NSW. We are also applying for selection by the NSW Government for supply of our services and placement on the panel of contractors to service all NSW councils if they require. This will be another massive achievement by Wilsons Plant and recognition that the Government procurement can trust that Wilsons Plant has the professional capacity to undertake any project.

Wilsons Plant has applied for the Quality Assurance system, ISO 9001:2008 and procedures are in place to give our customers the best Quality service available.
The same applies to AS/NZS 4801:2001 WH&S Workplace Health and Safety Management Standard. This international accreditation will drive home our commitment to safety.
